About Me
Joanne Barber
Osteopath
D.O., BSc. (Hons) Ost. Med.
My name is Jo Barber and I have been practising osteopathy for 20+ years since I qualified with a first class Honours Degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 2000.
I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council. I have also completed post-graduate training in Western Acupuncture, Cranial Osteopathy and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation.
I am your local osteopath. I grew up in the village of Purleigh and my practice is located in what was my grandparents’ house on my parents’ farm.
Passionate about health and fitness, I have been an amateur jockey and enjoy running. I have run with the South London Harriers and completed triathlons. I play tennis regularly and enjoy the gym.
As well as treating ailments, I am passionate about prevention, diet and natural remedies.
Nature’s Medicine clinic is the result of my dream to have a collaborative clinic of professional practitioners offering a range of complementary services. I am very proud of it and hope you will come and use our services soon.
